Heron Point winds through a Carolina pine forest and quaint south beach neighborhoods. Although a short 6477 yards from the back tees, Heron Point's narrow fairways and well-protected greens provide plenty of challenge.

Primarily a solid non-surcharge course with occasional $5 premiums, it offers afternoon specials value priced to provide rebates up to $15 during some rate periods with a Century 21 Thomas golf package.

To: 6980 Blue Heron Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC

Take SC 9 west from North Myrtle Beach. Take the US 31 ramp to Georgetown/Myrtle Beach. Exit US 31 onto Grissom Parkway. Exit Grissom Pkwy onto US 17 ramp toward Georgetown. Take US 17 south toward Murrells Inlet, turning right onto Wachesaw Road. Turn left onto Riverwood Dr., left onto Carriage Run Circle, right onto Wagon Run Rd, and right onto Harness Lane and proceed to the clubhouse. Approximate drive time: 1 hour
