As a specialist in development sales, I have been in the real estate industry for thirty years. I have been involved with Tidewater development since 1992 and I began marketing the community for the developer that year.

My first investment in Tidewater was a one bedroom villa in Teal Lake. Because I fell in love with the lifestyle and the community, I purchased my second home and became a full time resident.
