Cookie Error

It appears that you have cookies disabled in the browser that you are using. In order to fully experience this website you need to enable cookies.

Internet Explorer 6.x +

To turn on cookies in IE 6.0 or higher, select TOOLS from the toolbar and click INTERNET OPTIONS. A pop-up window will appear. On the top tabs, select PRIVACY. From here, a user can do one of two things:

1. Click and hold the sliding bar on this window, moving it to the
   bottom until the heading says "Accept All Cookies". Click OK.
2. Or, click the ADVANCED button and another window will pop up.
   De-select the check box next to "Override automatic cookie
   handling" and click OK.

Internet Explorer 5.0/5.5

To turn on cookies in IE 5.0 or 5.5, select TOOLS from the toolbar and click INTERNET OPTIONS. A pop-up window will appear. On the top tabs, select SECURITY. With the Internet Globe highlighted, click CUSTOM LEVEL (If you are on a local network, highlight the Local Intranet icon rather than Internet Globe). Scroll down to SCRIPTING, and beneath ACTIVE SCRIPTING, select ENABLE.
Next find "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer," select ENABLE and click OK.

Mozilla Firefox/Suite

1. Click on the Tools menu in Mozilla
2. Click on the Options item in the menu - a new window opens
3. Click on the Privacy selection in the left or top part of the window.
4. Expand the Cookies section.
5. Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.

Netscape 6.x

To turn on cookies in Netscape 6.0 or higher, select EDIT from the toolbar and click PREFERENCES. A pop-up window will appear. From the left nav click the arrow beside PRIVACY & SECURITY and click COOKIES from the expanded list. Within the Cookies window, click the radio button next to "Enable all cookies" and select OK.

Netscape 4.7 or Higher (excluding 6.0)

To turn on cookies in Netscape 4.7 or higher (excluding 6.0), select EDIT from the toolbar and click PREFERENCES. A pop-up window will appear. From the left nav click ADVANCED. From the window on the right, select the radio button beside "Accept all cookies" and click OK.
