This tri-level luxury home is great for family beach vacations. The ground-level queen suite is an efficiency with kitchenette and an exterior entry. Access to the main floor is by outside stairs only.
The 2nd floor has the common areas - kitchen, living & dining, wet bar, and a queen bedroom. The 3rd floor has a partial ocean view, a master suite and 2 guest bedrooms. The two Montrose homes share a private pool (unheated)& deck.
Weekly (Saturday/Saturday) rentals only, May through September. The Montrose #1 is a non-smoking accommodation and motorcycles are not permitted.
