This tri-level luxury vacation home is great for family beach getaways. The ground-level suite has a double bed and exterior entry. Access to the main floor is via outside stairs only.
The 2nd floor includes the common areas - kitchen, living & dining, wet bar, and a queen bedroom. The 3rd floor has the master suite and two additional bedrooms, and a partial ocean view. The two Montrose homes share a private pool (unheated) and deck.
Weekly (Saturday/Saturday) rentals, May through September. The Montrose #2 is a non-smoking accommodation and motorcycles are not permitted.
