| This tri-level luxury vacation home is great for family beach getaways. The 1st floor (ground level) double bed suite is perfect for family members who have difficulty with stairs. The 2nd floor includes the common areas - kitchen, living & dining, wet bar, and a queen bedroom. The 3rd floor has the master suite and two additional bedrooms, and a partial ocean view. The two Montrose homes share a private pool (unheated) and deck. Weekly (Saturday/Saturday) rentals, May through September. The Montrose #2 is a non-smoking accommodation and motorcycles are not permitted.
