March, 2012: 2011 Awards
CENTURY 21 Thomas is pleased to announce that the company has dual prestigious designations for the past year - as a CENTURION® Office and as a Quality Service Office. CENTURY 21 Thomas was again ranked in the TOP 3 CENTURY 21 Offices and Companies in South Carolina for properties sold and for sales production.
Several of their sales associates and teams have been recognized with prestigious awards for their achievements in 2011. Sandy Rainwater and Bill Bellamy were again awarded CENTURION® status - Sandy as CENTURION® agent and Bill as CENTURION® sales team. Sarah Richardson and Scott Mathews were each named Masters Emerald producers. 2011 Masters Ruby awards were presented to David Hyatt, Linda Baker, Sue Catania and Ed Lozada.
Sales associates Albert Evans, Catharine Bush, David Hyatt and Jeannie Turner received Quality Service awards. Sue Catania, Scott Mathews and Linda Baker were each designated Quality Service Pinnacle Producers.

Contributing factors include gross closed commissions and real estate transaction sides closed. Sales associates Brenda Hamilton, Sarah Richardson, Scott Mathews, Sue Catania and George Redmond qualified for mid-year Pace Setter awards for CENTURY 21 Masters Level Production and are on track to earn Masters Level designations within the CENTURY 21 System.
Sandy Rainwater qualified for the mid-year Platinum Pace Setter award for the CENTURY 21 CENTURION® Level. Bill Bellamy qualified for the mid-year Platinum Pace Setter award for CENTURY 21 CENTURION® Team Level Production. CENTURY 21 Thomas also qualified for the mid-year Platinum Pace Setter award for CENTURY 21 CENTURION® Level Production as an office and company. These levels are attained by only a few top producing agents, teams and offices. To achieve CENTURION status is to earn one of the most prestigious awards presented to CENTURY 21 real estate professionals. Only a small number of producers in the CENTURY 21® System ever attain this elevated level.
