Many of our North Myrtle Beach vacation rental properties are available at special monthly winter rates from as early as October through February or March. Guests staying at least 90 days receive preference in property selection and their rental is not subject to the 10% SC tax that is applicable to shorter stays.

All properties feature fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living areas and some have enclosed swimming pools and whirlpools.

Monthly winter rates include lodging and all utilities (basic cable, local telephone calls, water, and electric). There is a charge for long-distance telephone calls and a one-time reservation fee and departure cleaning fee is added to all rentals.
