A spacious vacation villa, the Cock's Roost II is 1st class and value-priced for family vacations. It has two large, ceramic-tiled living areas, a gourmet kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 full baths, a half-bath, and a private pool. It's just minutes from the House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and the shops and restaurants of Barefoot Commons and Barefoot Landing.
Very toddler-friendly with crib, high chair and booster seat, and safety gates at the top of stairs. The kids will enjoy the BIG sleep room (BR5) with 3 single beds, a single daybed with trundle, and a crib. This beach house is spacious enough for several families to share and only 6 short blocks from the beach.
Excellent custom golf packages are available, too. This is a non-smoking accommodation and motorcycles are very welcome.
