I am a native of the area, being born and raised in Myrtle Beach.

I attended the University of South Carolina and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1988.

I hold a Real Estate Brokers license. I have managed three rental companies and have several decades of experience in vacation rentals.   

I am very active in the local Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. I am a Mason and a Shriner. I enjoy boating, camping, hunting and lounging on the beach.
