Who may purchase insurance?
Travel insurance is available for all guest reservations provided the reservation is booked least 30 days before the arrival date. For your convenience, travel insurance is automatically included on these reservations and shown on the reservation confirmation.  The purchase of the insurance occurs when we receive payment on a reservation that includes a charge for travel insurance.  Therefore, if your reservation confirmation shows travel insurance then its purchase is automatic once we receive your payment.  Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival may also be eligible at a higher rate (please contact us for details).

How do I add Travel Insurance to my reservation?
It's easy. Call us toll-free at 866-895-9315 (9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday), or send a fax to us at 843-273-3414, or email us at vacations@Century21Thomas.com .  Once added to an existing reservation, any payments already on your account are immediately used for the premium due (travel insurance is considered paid for first).  Subsequent payments from you are used for other items on your reservation.

May I cancel travel insurance?
Yes, you may cancel/decline travel insurance in writing within 10 days of payment by sending us a fax at (843) 273-3414 or by email to vacations@Century21Thomas.com. Please include your name and reservation number along with your note stating you would like to cancel the travel insurance on your reservation.  Refund of the travel insurance premium is subject to our receiving the appropriate notice in addition to the travel insurance policy guidelines.

Other coverages and services include: (1) Trip Cancellation and Interruption, (2) Travel Delay, (3) Baggage Delay, (4) Medical Expenses while traveling, (6) Emergency Medical Transportation, and (7) 24-Hour Emergency Hotline.
