Ocean Bay Club 1005 located on the 10th floor and is a corner unit. This is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath with a ocean front balcony and a side balcony. The oceanfront balcony allows one to stand on the balcony and look up and down the wide beaches and coastline of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The large balcony doors bring in the outside and one can see way out into the ocean. The living room is very spacious and leads to the ocean front master bedroom suite and private bath with tub, shower and double vanity. The kitchen is well furnished with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 other bedrooms in the condo and 2 other bath rooms. The condo has 2 king bedrooms (one being the master) and one with a queen and one with 2 twins. There is also a sleeper sofa. The condo is nicely decorated so as you can vacation and relax. North Myrtle Beach main street is only about a block way where you can relax to beach music and dine and shop at Seaside Surf Company for your beach needs (surf boards and clothing) which is located inside Seaside Vacations and enjoy ice cream all with out moving your car. The amenities at the Ocean Bay Club include a work out room, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool and private beach access. The owners have a private beach access. The owners have a private locker inside the condo. The rules are : No PETS, NO SMOKING, NO RENTALS. The weeks assigned for 2026 begin on: 12/28, 3/29, 7/5, 10/4. Each year the weeks rotate forward one week. The partners using the week must pay for cleaning. There are sheets inside the condo and if you use those instead of bring your own you must wash and return where you found them clean and ready. The other responsibilities are to return all utensils in the kitchen cleaned to where they belong remove all food and trash from the condo.
