The Penthouse has it own washer and dryer. The unit has been well taken care of and has a King Bed, Queen and 2 twins. Windemere is close to the Ocean Drive Main street of North Myrtle Beach. There are many venues where Beach Music is played and places to eat and shop and ice cream!!! Great place to take the family without getting into the car. Just 10 mins away. There are many other places to eat and shop in just a short drive from Windemere. The unit is professional managed by Seaside Vacations Management. Seaside handles collecting the dues and paying for all the expenses of the unit. In short the dues pay for the operation cost and cleaning, taxes, power, HOA dues, small repairs, H06 insurance, etc. This is a great way to enjoy your part of paradise without the expense of the entire condo.
