This tract of mostly cut-over (2016) woodland well suited for hunting, fishing, trail riding, hiking, farming and for a dwelling or cabin getaway. Located in eastern Sampson County about 3.5-miles south of Turkey, NC and 5+-miles SW of Warsaw I-40 Exit 364. Approx. 700' frontage on two sides of Needmore Rd. (SR 1004) and 1,775+- feet frontage on S/S of Colwell Ln. (dirt). About 4+-acres of well drained cutover woods lie on the east side of Needmore Rd.
