- Salem United Methodist Church - 2376 Hwy. 90, Conway, SC 29526
Salem United Methodist Church, the "small church with a big heart," is once again conducting one of the community's more popular events with its fall pumpkin patch. Mark your calendar for Saturday special events of a bake sale on 10/19 and trunk-or-treating on 10/26. Channel your Halloween "spirit" by decorating an entry for the scarecrow competition. Deadline for submission is Saturday, 10/19. In an effort to combat hunger during the holidays, SUMC has added a new contest. Donate a non-perishable item to the food pantry for a chance to win a decorated pumpkin. Hours are 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily except Sunday, when the patch is open from noon - 6 p.m.
