Summer Festivals

Myrtle Beach comes alive in summer. It's a beautiful time to walk the boardwalk, ride the iconic SkyWheel, or simply soak up some sun on our many miles of public beaches. Summer is also a season that offers some of the best festivals and events in Myrtle Beach.

If you're planning on being in Myrtle Beach this summer, then you won't want to miss out on some of the biggest parties of the year. Our real estate agents are here to be your guides to summer fun on the Carolina coast!

  • Carolina Country Music Fest - 812 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
Summer gets off to a good start with the annual Carolina Country Music Fest returning to Myrtle Beach on June 5-8, 2025. Now in its 10th year, the festival takes place right on the boardwalk along the beach adjacent to Pavilion Park. It's also just minutes from these Myrtle Beach homes for sale. Attendees can expect a stellar lineup this year, with headliners including Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, and Rascal Flatts.

  • Muzika! The Grand Strand Music Festival - 557 George Bishop Pkwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579
One of the most unique and exciting music festivals in Myrtle Beach, Musika! The Grand Strand Music Festival makes its return on June 20-22, 2025. This festival includes multiple events and performances across several venues on the Grand Strand. Featuring some of the most talented and renowned musicians in the world, the performances range from choral-orchestral pieces and Broadway selections to fully-staged operas and Master Artists Concerts.

  • Conway Riverfest - 7 Elm St, Conway, SC 29526
Just a few minutes from Myrtle Beach, the city of Conway throws one of the biggest parties of the year at its annual Conway Riverfest. This year's Riverfest takes place on June 28 and features a packed day of entertainment and activities starting at 10 am. The day begins with the Riverfest Paddle Battle and Golf Cart Parade, and also includes a cornhole tournament, several live bands, art and craft vendors and a Kids Zone with plenty of activities for little ones. Conway Riverfest also includes excellent food and drink vendors, and the day is capped off with a fireworks display at 9:30 pm.

  • Fireworks at Cherry Grove Pier - 3500 N Ocean Blvd, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582
You can choose among several places in and around Myrtle Beach to watch fireworks on the 4th of July, but one of our favorite spots is Cherry Grove Pier. Starting at 9:30, the Fireworks at Cherry Grove Pier are always one of the most colorful and exciting displays in the area. It's completely free to the general public, so feel free to bring beach blankets and chairs down to the beach to take part in all the excitement.

  • Red, White & Blue 5K Run/Walk - 4898 Hwy 17 S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582
Anyone who wants to start the 4th of July off by breaking a sweat and supporting a good cause should definitely set their alarms to participate in the Red, White & Blue 5K Walk/Run. With proceeds supporting the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach, the race kicks off at 7:30 am and follows a picturesque course through North Myrtle Beach starting at Barefoot Landing, a waterfront retail and entertainment village that also hosts its own fireworks shows every Monday night through the summer months.
